Hi Brian; Sorry to hear of your problems and frustrations. Just a thought, did you clean off the battery connection wires, the ones with the bolts? Sometimes dirty connections will arc and lose contact when heavy loads like starting are applied. I always smear a little ordinary grease on battery connections to prevent the build-up of oxide and corrosion which will destroy electrical
